Who is Jesus to you? Savior? Brother? Teacher?
Who is Jesus to you? What role does he play in your daily life if any at all? Jesus for me is my Soft Place to Fall , my Brother my Teacher and my Best Friend. I talk to him any time I want too and I ask him to help myself and others especially with healing issue's weather they be Illness or Emotional, Struggles or just looking or acting lost. I consider Jesus today to be an Ascended Master, in Spirit he is all he was in life but without constraint. I eel so strongly in my heart and soul that Jesus is one of the many important Deities, Angels, Archangels and Ascended Masters whom can make huge differences in our lives if we just allow them in.
What does ascended master mean? Ascended Masters are believed to be spiritually enlightened beings who in past incarnations were ordinary humans, but who have undergone a series of spiritual transformations originally called initiations.
I think that in Jesus's lifetime he underwent many initiations and transformations. much of this occurring during the 17 years that the Bible lost track of him. I am not promoting any book stores or sites to buy a book from but here is a link that you could take a look at the documented years of Jesus's journey to the East where it is believed, (I believe) he learned how to become a healer and oh so much more, thus transformations and initiations. I have not read this specific book , I do intend to read it. I have read others like it though. (http://www.amazon.com/The-Lost-Years-Jesus-Documentary/dp/0916766616)
While my being is a way of life for me, each of us travels a road with a map exacting certain routes while avoiding others. If we are conscious of our motives and our goals, it makes it much easier to choose how to get to where we want to be. I would never tell someone they had to believe as I do or suffer a consequence, while Religious institutions are really good at scaring their parishioners into a belief system they set out for them written in stone or to fear the consequences. I believe as Jesus said, seek and ye shall find in Matthew (7:7 ( "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you") Jesus also said the truth shall set you free, there are Bible verses such as this one in John 8:32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” I do believe that the Bible contains many truths, just distorted to suite the needs of those who want the most control over the masses and the best way to get people to conform is FEAR. I lived a life of Fear after attending Church for many years as a young and impressionable girl. I just knew deep inside that it was all wrong, an all loving God would not want me to fear his son, my Brother and I set out on a journey to find my true self and in the process have have had the truth shown to me, I am so blessed and grateful. Namaste
